Mixes the best I have ever seen - clear, no artificial coloring, tastes good, almost too sweet, which is amazing since there is no carbs. 20grams of protein, BCAAs, a great recovery even before your done lifting. No bloat, so I am able to drink it while I am lifting, no extra stimulants, so it does not conflict with any pre-workout formulas or diet/thermogenics you may use. This has become a staple product for me.
